VIP REGALIA
This VIP Gown is designed for use during official Convocation Ceremonies. The regalia is presented to the heads of organizations or designated guests of honor, including:
a. Department Heads
b. Members of Parliament / Members of State Legislative Assemblies
c. Principals / Headteachers
The VIP Gown is to be worn throughout the entire Ceremony. Typically, the guest of honor or the designated dignitary wearing this regalia will be entrusted with officiating the event or presenting graduation scrolls to the graduates.
