Our Story
Gading Grad began its journey in 2013 in Damansara Damai, Selangor, producing children’s robe-style outfits for boys and girls. What started as a small sewing-based operation soon grew into a trusted brand built on craftsmanship, consistency, and a genuine passion for ceremonial attire.
In 2015, after relocating our operations to Kuantan, Pahang, we made a clear strategic move — to focus fully on graduation and convocation robes. Our early mission was simple: to support kindergarten operators, private schools, religious schools, and educators who needed quality graduation robes that looked presentable, felt comfortable, and arrived on time.
Backed by sewing expertise that began as early as 2003, our founder continued to build the business hands-on — training tailors, improving production standards, and developing a team capable of producing academic regalia with finishing quality comparable to international PhD robes.
