Rental items are counted and inspected before delivery to ensure the correct quantity and acceptable condition.

Delivery and Self-Pickup Options

Orders may be delivered by courier. Customers located in Pahang may also arrange self-pickup, subject to confirmation with our Customer Service team.

Our team will assist throughout the process, from quotation and robe selection to delivery tracking, return coordination and final inspection.

Simple Bulk Rental Process

1. Contact Gading Grad Customer Service and provide your event details.
2. Select the graduation robe, hood colour, required sizes and quantity.
3. Receive a formal quotation from our Customer Service team.
4. Confirm the quotation and proceed with the proforma invoice.
5. Secure the booking at least 14 working days before the event with a minimum 50% deposit.
6. The rental order will be dispatched by courier approximately seven days before the event, or prepared for an approved self-pickup arrangement.
7. For courier deliveries, the tracking number or airway bill will be shared with the customer.
8. Use the graduation robes for your scheduled ceremony.
9. Return all rental items to Gading Grad within seven days after the event.
10. Our Customer Service team will inspect the quantity and condition of the returned items.
11. Settle the remaining balance within seven days after the event date.

Booking Requirements

Bulk rental bookings should be confirmed at least 14 working days before the event date. Early booking is strongly recommended, especially during peak graduation seasons.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental value is required to secure the booking. Reservations are only confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and verified.

All bookings remain subject to robe quantity, size, hood colour, event date and rental-slot availability.
